About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Jacqueline Tse. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Setting: Work in the employer's/client's home.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
