Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of staff to deliver outstanding results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff Activities

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient meal preparation and timely delivery.

Train Staff in Job Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.

Estimate Ingredients and Supplies

Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Manage Records and Reports

Prepare and submit accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.

Knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems
