Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $20/hour, plus commissions, which can lead to earning potential of up to $25/hour. Additionally, we provide a $1,000 signing bonus (conditions apply), comprehensive insurance plan, free cell phone line with 15 GB of mobile data, employee discounts, incentives, sales contests, ambassador program, and bonuses for successful employee referrals.


Job Description: Sales Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized and high-quality customer service, from entering the store to after-sales service. You will research and identify customer needs, offering the full range of Bell products and services, such as mobility, residential services, small business services, and more.

You will utilize different sales approaches and initiatives to optimize the sale of Bell/Virgin products and services, seize every business opportunity, and aim to meet and exceed your goals. To ensure success, you will actively participate in various training sessions to maintain product and service knowledge.


Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should have at least one year of sales experience and/or experience in the telecommunications sector. You should be competitive and resourceful, possess leadership skills, and have a desire to succeed and achieve goals. You should also quickly build trusting and lasting relationships with customers, have a thirst for learning, and be tenacious and persevering.

Language Requirement
