We are looking for an experienced Property Operations Director to join our team at Alberta Ltd. o/a Super 8 Stettler.

About the Role

The Property Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our property, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective property management.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies.
  • Training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Front Desk Duties: Perform front desk duties, including greeting guests and handling customer inquiries.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in property operations and management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
