We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to lead our data initiatives in Western Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining operational datasets and reporting tools that drive performance, consistency, and continuous improvement across collection and post-collection programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with experience in Power BI, Excel, and SQL. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data and reporting needs, design and build reports and dashboards, and develop data visualizations to inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance with agreements, and providing support on pilot projects and technology rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Maintain the Master Dataset and ensure data connectivity, integrity, and accessibility
- Create custom DAX measures and use Power Query to enhance analytical outputs
- Compile and deliver operational scorecards and performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders
