We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning and Childcare Provider to join our team.

As a Home Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in a home-based setting.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes children's learning and development.
You will work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a personalized approach to care and education.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement play-based learning experiences that cater to children's interests and needs
  • Observe and document children's learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with families and involve them in the learning process
  • Work collaboratively with other Providers, Families, Community Partners, and Children
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children by acknowledging their diverse needs and backgrounds
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Engage in ongoing professional learning and development


Requirements:
  • Experience working with young children
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Up-to-date immunization records
  • Police Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Food Handler's Certificate
  • Reliable transportation
