About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our team at VM TRUCKING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of our transportation department to ensure it is meeting its goals and objectives.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Schedule Management: Plan for changes to schedules and policies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee the performance of transportation staff.
  • Vehicle and Goods Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a transportation management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
