Job Summary:
Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our landscape crew as a Crew Member/General Labourer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape functions, operating equipment, and maintaining our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform manual duties to maintain landscaped environments, including mowing lawns, raking, weeding, pruning, and spreading topsoil.
• Assist in the construction of landscapes, including laying sod, planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees.
• Communicate with customers and report any issues or complaints to the Supervisor.
• Operate a variety of hand tools and equipment, including riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, and power tools.

Requirements:
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and cold.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an entire work shift.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Effective communication in English.
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch, and perform physically strenuous tasks for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license, an asset but not required.
