Job Opportunity at Kamloops Christian School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Kamloops Christian School. As a Christian school, we value learning with curiosity, growing in character, and building courage as we seek to serve God and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Kindergarten students in a collaborative and dynamic learning environment
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote transformational learning
  • Lead outdoor education activities throughout the school year, utilizing the beautiful BC interior Thompson-Nicola region as a learning resource
  • Work closely with another Kindergarten teacher to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • BC teaching certificate
  • Personal statement of Christian faith
  • Philosophy of Christian education
  • List of references
