Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of company funds
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows
