Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Chinook Cardiology. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for operating ultrasound imaging equipment to produce and record images of the heart and its blood vessels. You will work closely with our medical team to provide high-quality diagnostic images and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze patient data during treatments to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of the heart and its blood vessels
  • Monitor examinations to evaluate the quality and consistency of diagnostic images
  • Prepare examination reports for physicians
  • Check ultrasound equipment to ensure proper operation

Requirements:

  • CRCS - Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer certification
  • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Certification
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
