Bakery Specialist Job Description

TSM Foods Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats.
  • Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet production deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
