The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work closely with our inter-professional team to provide patient-focused care and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans in a one-on-one setting
  • Collaborating with the inter-professional team to provide patient-focused care and determine the need for additional or alternative services
  • Communicating effectively with patients and their families
  • Designing treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based information, best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care activity
  • Adhering to professional and ethical standards of practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the appropriate College in good standing
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to integrate client-centered care into clinical practice
  • Flexibility to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, independently, and with various individuals or groups
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity to generate new solutions
  • Commitment to service excellence, including continuing education and continuous quality improvement
