Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. O/A Two Hills Clover Farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Tight deadlines
  • Work under pressure

  • Organized
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
