Job Description

Funvilla is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice-President to lead our strategic operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of success in allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Manage events, conduct performance reviews, plan schedules, goals, and objectives, oversee safety of operations, market business services, and organize day-to-day business operations
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, hire and direct staff, evaluate safety programs, and staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgement, and organized approach
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with a strong attention to detail. They will be required to travel and have a valid driver's licence.
