About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash handling.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in retail software systems.
