**Job Summary**

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinical Leader to lead the development of clinical care pathways for child and youth populations.

This senior leadership role will support inpatient/outpatient point-of-care teams, provide team-based clinical supervision, and advance clinical care for specialized populations. The successful candidate will have expertise in best practices for the care and treatment of high-risk or acute mental health clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated care pathways to enhance patient population outcomes
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to interprofessional teams
  • Advance clinical practice through the implementation and evaluation of best practices
  • Consult with interprofessional teams on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a Health Sciences discipline
  • Eligibility for cross-appointment with the University of Toronto
  • 5 years of clinical experience involving clients with children and youth, mental health, and/or addiction
  • Leadership skills, ability to challenge and motivate others, and commitment to enhancing academic and research endeavors

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
