At Chrono Aviation, we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing flights to ensure their safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare flight dossiers, considering weather conditions, air routes, aircraft performance, and international regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Transport Canada, ICAO, and other relevant aviation authorities' regulations.
- Coordinate with air navigation services, airports, and customs agencies to ensure smooth international flight operations.
- Optimize flight routes to reduce operational costs (fuel consumption, flight time, overflight fees).
- Monitor flights in real-time and adjust flight plans as needed due to weather changes or operational contingencies.
- A valid Flight Dispatcher License issued by Transport Canada.
- Proven experience in flight dispatching, including expertise in international flight operations.
- Strong knowledge of ICAO regulations, NOTAMs, flight plans, and international customs requirements.
