Insurance Branch Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Fort St. John, BC.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and monitor branch performance.
- Support the Branch Manager in promoting and selling insurance products, and seek opportunities to pursue new business and additional product sales.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients.
- At least three years' industry experience.
- Insurance broker Level 2 license.
- Bonus: Accredited CAIB and/or CIP and a post-secondary degree/diploma.
