Insurance Branch Manager

We're seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Fort St. John, BC.
About the RoleAs an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales agents, guiding them to achieve sales targets and monitor branch performance. You'll also seek opportunities to pursue new business and additional product sales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and continuously monitor branch reports for key performance indicators.
- Guide and support sales agents to attain expected targets and continuously monitor branch reports for key performance indicators.
- Seek opportunities to pursue new business and additional product sales.
- At least three years' industry experience.
- Insurance broker Level 2 license.
- Bonus: Accredited CAIB and/or CIP and a post-secondary degree/diploma.
