Job Title: Education Program Coordinator - Policy and Research

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team at VTEACH LEARNING CENTRE CORP. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers, as well as producing reports and following education policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers
  • Produce high-quality reports and analysis on education policies and programs
  • Stay up-to-date with education policies and programs, and provide recommendations to the team
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as budgeting and scheduling
  • Provide on-going professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers
  • Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery
  • Prepare research papers, educational texts, or articles
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in education policy or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic security clearance
