Job Summary

VTEACH LEARNING CENTRE CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing education policy research, consulting, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers to ensure the successful implementation of education programs.
  • Research and Reporting
    • Conduct thorough research and produce high-quality reports on education policies and programs.
  • Program Development and Delivery
    • Develop and implement education programs, including the creation of teaching materials and resources.
    • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Administrative and Support Functions
    • Perform administrative tasks, including monitoring and evaluating education programs.
    • Provide ongoing professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
    • Interact with children and other stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
