Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at the Canadian Place Endoscopy Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Conduct disease screening and deliver health education programs to patients and their families.
- Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or medical facility is an asset.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate and Intravenous (IV) therapy Certification.
