Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Starting Line Childcare Centre. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material: Ensure that all marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, are well-written and effectively communicate our message.
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide information about our services.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material: Support the development of marketing materials, including writing, editing, and designing.
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive website traffic.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Ensure that our digital database is up-to-date and accurately reflects our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
