We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Starting Line Childcare Centre. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our centre's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our centre's services.
  • Implement Communication Programs: Design and execute communication programs that meet our centre's marketing objectives, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Oversee Public Written Material: Ensure that all public-facing written materials, such as brochures and reports, are accurate, engaging, and align with our centre's brand.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from parents, staff, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in Brochure Preparation: Collaborate with our design team to create engaging brochures that showcase our centre's services and programs.
  • Conduct Online Marketing: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase our centre's online presence and drive website traffic.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Ensure that our digital database is up-to-date and accurate, and that all data is securely stored and protected.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing communications is required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
