The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Transport Canada Regulations, responding to cargo inquiries, and providing freight quotes. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for accepting small freight, issuing waybills, and handling cargo. The candidate will also provide internal and external customer support, manage cargo supplies and inventory, and process cargo for shipping based on customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in providing customer service in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional customer service skills, and be able to work independently and in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure adherence to Transport Canada Regulations
* Respond to cargo inquiries
* Provide freight quotes
* Accept small freight, issuing waybills and handling cargo
* Provide internal and external customer support
* Manage cargo supplies and inventory
* Process cargo for shipping based on customer needs

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to obtain a clear Record of Conduct
