About the Role

Fusion BBQ & Hotpot Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, describe menu items, and advise on menu selections.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise other servers and bussing staff, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Quality Control: Perform sensory evaluation of wines and ensure high-quality service standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and food and beverage industry experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 30 to 40 hours per week.
