We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pasta Chef to join our team at Dal Moro's Fresh Pasta. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pasta dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new pasta dishes and menus to meet customer demands and preferences.
- Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
