Job Description

This exciting opportunity is available in our early childhood educator program. As a Developmental Program Leader, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive environment that encourages children to express their creativity and develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality educational activities
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular reports and meetings
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following established protocols and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recognized Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of child development theories and practices
