Job Title: Dining Room Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team at Domaine Lafontaine, a private seniors' residence in Rivière-du-Loup. As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for managing the dining room's schedules and employees, as well as participating in meal service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dining room employee schedules
  • Ensure effective communication with teams and the residence
  • Provide high-quality services to residents and their loved ones
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
  • Greet residents in the dining room and ensure their comfort
  • Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in RPA (an asset)
  • Experience in catering
  • Experience in personnel management
