The person will be in charge of managing the dining room's schedules and employees but will also have to participate in meal service.

We offer group insurance, employee assistance program, telemedicine, cell phone and computer provided and more

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day with one weekend out of two on call

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing dining room employee schedules

Management

Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general

Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality

Provide a high level of customer service

Food Services

Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork

Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable

Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort

Perform other related duties

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Good communication

Experience in RPA (an asset)

Experience in catering

Experience in personnel management
