Sales Associate

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. This role requires maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards and supporting the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, and teardown of the store
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
- Generate sales, sign wave, and perform general housekeeping duties
- Support Store Management Team with merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 16
- Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing/walking
Important Note:
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
