Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate daily project management activities, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Maintain overall project performance, including costs, schedule, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of professionals and contribute to the development of future construction leaders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company health and safety protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10-15 years of experience in project management within the ICI industry.
  • A post-secondary education from a registered Engineering/Construction Management program (an asset).
  • PMP certification, Gold Seal Certification, or equivalent (an asset).
  • Excellent knowledge of contracts, industry practices, and work codes.
  • Strong organizational, time management, written, and communication skills.
  • Leadership and human resources management skills.
  • A valid G Class driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
