Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Posi-Plus Service Center. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand equipment requirements.
- Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring precise alignment and smooth operation.
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe working conditions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- 2 years of experience in a related field, such as industrial mechanics or heavy equipment repair.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy equipment.
