As Director of Digital & Web Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a comprehensive digital strategy that addresses the evolving needs of our B2B and B2C customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy that aligns with Lenovo's business objectives.
- Lead the development of a new visual identity for our website and create a data architecture model to enable personalized customer experiences.
- Streamline content development processes and architecture to deliver content at scale.
- Provide best practices for building a best-in-class automated digital platform that optimizes for customer experience.
- Partner with the broader marketing organization to solidify Lenovo's positioning as an innovative tech leader across services, solutions, devices, and AI.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement key digital transformation strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and web transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading through influence and delivering persuasive presentations to senior leadership.
