Strategic Business Process Improvement Specialist

- Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on business process management principles and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Effectively communicate complex ideas and influence leadership to adopt process improvements and champion change management.
- Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage Bank resources to support team objectives.
- Understand and apply the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Direct day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite statement.
- Contribute to a high-performance environment where employees invest wisely, take accountability, and work on the right things.
- Ensure timely, high-quality processes and procedures are efficient and effective to enable business partners' success.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, including cost reduction/productivity improvement expertise.
- Post-secondary degree in business, information technology, or related discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
