About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. As a Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, consistently achieving a high level of satisfaction
  • Support sales initiatives and enhance customer experiences, ensuring our corporate image is reflected
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge
