Job Title: Room Attendant

Job Summary:

This role is part of the service team at Vantage Living Inc. The ideal candidate will provide a quality living environment by delivering exceptional housekeeping services to tenants in a professional and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of tenant rooms and public areas, adhering to standards of excellence.
  • Monitor and respond to emergency situations, following established protocols.
  • Support the provision of a quality living environment by delivering exceptional laundry services, including scheduled and non-scheduled assignments.
  • Collaborate with the lifestyle manager to ensure all aspects of the role are performed with a focus on excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or retirement environment is considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Awareness of environmentally sound practices.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a self-directed approach and minimal supervision.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Current First Aid and WHMIS certificates are required.
