Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is presented to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
