The Calgary Airport Authority is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing core HR functions, including payroll administration, employee lifecycle transactions from onboarding to offboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Administration: Process biweekly payroll, review timesheets, and verify accuracy (including hours worked, overtime, and pay premiums) for excluded, bargaining unit, and hourly employees.
- Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
