Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Redwood Inn & Suites. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to lift heavy objects, bend, and crouch regularly. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our property.
