Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Redwood Inn & Suites. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Building Systems Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Appliance Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Supervision: Supervise other workers and provide guidance on maintenance tasks.
- Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our building systems.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
