Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our legal team, including preparing and maintaining files, documents, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain our filing system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Scheduling and Coordination
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents to clients and stakeholders.
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Other Duties
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week.
