We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Homewood Health Centre. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our facilities, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive occupancy and business performance
  • Monitor performance and market impact of campaigns and collaborate with operations teams to review strategies and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain communication materials, content, and promotional information
  • Support marketing needs for sales presentations and internal education and communication
  • Identify opportunities for participation in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or related field
  • Capacity to work effectively within deadlines and short-time frames in a fast-paced working environment
  • Above-average verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
