About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Solutions Director to join our team at Banque Nationale. As a key member of our Financial Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses and provide recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • Structure credit requests and develop financing scenarios that meet client needs and align with Bank risk criteria
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to establish client financing needs and develop financing solutions
  • Negotiate credit terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders
  • Review and modify credit requests to ensure they meet Bank requirements for profitability, presentation, and risk analysis
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with multi-unit residential financing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and six years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience in negotiation and credit analysis
  • Experience in multi-unit residential financing and construction lending
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
