Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Strategist to join our Office of the CEO. As a key individual contributor, you will be responsible for auditing and enhancing existing processes, optimizing workflows, and pioneering efficient AI-driven solutions. Your primary focus will be on increasing organizational efficiency and identifying strategic business opportunities.

This role is ideal for an individual with a software engineering or technical background looking to pivot into a business-facing or operations role, or for those coming from an investment banking, management consulting, VC, or PE background.

Responsibilities
  • Audit and enhance existing processes to optimize workflows
  • Pioneer efficient AI-driven solutions to increase organizational efficiency
  • Identify strategic business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Engineering Leads on key projects
Requirements
  • Interest in cutting-edge technology and startups
  • Prior experience at a VC-funded startup (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with the mobile games ecosystem (nice-to-have)
  • Technical experience with the mobile app ecosystem (nice-to-have)
  • Technical experience with fintech or payments (nice-to-have)
