We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Unit Clerk in Ambulatory Care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities- Transcribe and process clinician orders by completing and forwarding requisitions for tests or services.
- Organize diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients by coordinating numerous interrelated appointments.
- Gather patient information for medical appointments to assist in facilitating an efficient patient flow.
- Perform various receptionist duties such as greeting and registering patients and supporting wayfinding.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A grade 12 diploma, medical terminology, and graduation from a recognized Nursing Unit Clerk Program plus one year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to deal with others effectively.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
