Nuclear Medicine Technologist Opportunity

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at KMH Cardiology Centres Inc., you will play a vital role in performing high-quality nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures independently. You will be responsible for conducting examinations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company protocols, applying independent judgment and critical thinking to ensure accurate data capture, and preparing patients for scanning on Gamma Cameras.
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $48.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including dental care, disability insurance, extended health care, life insurance, paid time off, RRSP match, vision care, and wellness program. You will work in a dynamic environment with a team of 14 technologists, reporting directly to the Nuclear Team Lead.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of work experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (asset)
- Completion of recognized education in Nuclear Medicine
- Knowledge and proficiency of Nuclear Medicine procedures and operating regulations
- Current registration in good standing with CMRITO (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario) and CAMRT
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, experience with EMR systems, and the ability to provide coverage at a second KMH lab (asset).
