We are a healthcare provider with 10 clinics in the GTA and South Western Ontario region, committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic care and imaging. Our areas of expertise include Nuclear Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiology Testing, MRI, PET, and Specialist services.

As a Medical Imaging Specialist, you will perform high-quality nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures independently, adhering to CMRITO, MOH, CNSC regulations, and our protocols, policies, and procedures. You will also apply independent judgment and critical thinking during examinations to ensure accurate data capture.

The role involves preparing patients for scans on Gamma Cameras, instructing or aiding them during procedures, and completing equipment maintenance according to department standards. You will also maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring examination rooms are properly supplied, equipped, and operational.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams and other staff to assist with patient care, attend team meetings, and update your knowledge through continuous professional development in Nuclear Medicine.

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (asset)
  • Completion of recognized education in Nuclear Medicine
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Nuclear Medicine procedures and operating regulations
  • Current registration in good standing with CMRITO (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario) and CAMRT

This is a full-time role scheduled for 4-5 days per week during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and alternate weekends. Shifts can vary and are typically scheduled between 6:45 am and 2:45 pm or 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Part-time shifts are also available.
