Lift Operations Supervisor

Join Conservation Halton as a key member of our Lift Operations team. As a Lift Shift Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lifts. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with operating procedures, completing daily logs and reports, and assisting with staff training and development. You will also be responsible for maintaining loading and unloading ramps, signage, and corrals to approved standards. Additionally, you will participate in snow maintenance and general area maintenance, ensuring the area is clear of snow, ice, and debris. You will work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
